Ruby feels that true beauty transcends appearances. True wellness and beauty, for her, come from inside and something every woman should be able to enjoy. Her attitude to beauty and wellness is one of harmony, self-care, and good habits.
Ruby says, preparing her morning smoothie, “Taking care of yourself inside and out is the best thing you can do.” “Beauty is a feeling not only a look.”
Ruby loads a nutrient-dense smoothie laden with spinach, berries, and chia seeds first thing in morning. “Healthy food fuels my energy and keeps my skin glowing,” she notes. “It’s like offering my body the best start it requires for the day.”
Ruby’s health programme also revolves heavily on exercise. “Movement has magic.” What you do—dance, yoga, a stroll—matters not at all. Just start moving and see how your energy and attitude change, she advises, showing a little stretch.
Ruby’s view is based mostly on positive affirmations and self-love. Though it sounds ridiculous, stating, “I am beautiful, I am strong” in the mirror will help. Every woman is entitled to be comfortable in her own flesh.
Real beauty to Ruby is wellbeing from the inside out. “When you take care of your mind and body, that natural radiance follows,” she explains smilingly.
