1. Three minutes of jump rope.
Get swinging by grabbing a jump rope! While increasing your heart rate, this full-body workout warms you. If you lack a rope, substitute high knees or jumping jacks.
Two minutes’ worth of bodyweight squats
Lower into a squat with feet shoulder-width apart, being sure your knees don’t go beyond your toes. Get back up and go again. While torching calories, squats work your quads, hamstrings, and glutes, so strengthening.
3. One minute: Mountain Climbers
Get into a plank position and fast as you can bring one knee at a time towards your chest. This cardio blast will work your core and get your heart pounding.
4. One minute, push-ups
Do modified or conventional push-ups. Perfect for your core, arms, and chest are push-ups. Stressing good form, try for as many as you can.
